Process of Order and Food delivery

1. Browse/Order food

The customers gets the list of food on the menu on their mobile which is connected with the waiter's iPad.

2. Food Unavailable

The foods that are unavailable are sent as notification directly from the kitchen iPad.

3. Confirm order

The customer order is confirmed by the waiter by indicating the table. The number of customers at the restaurant is updated into the database of POS app.

4. Order status

The order placed is confirmed by the app integrated with kitchen ipad. The status of the order delivery is flashed as notification to the waiter and customer. The kitchen status is updated on the centralized POS app.

5. Food delivery

The time of food delivery is indicated by the app via kitchen iPad. The food is delivered on time to the customer by the waiter.

6. Payment mode

The customer can pay using credit card, Paypal, or cash. The successful completion of payment procedures indicate the completion of order taken.

7. Feedbacks/Reports

The customer feedback can be received via restaurant app. The restaurant POS app allows to take multiple analytical reports like most selling items, total monthly or weekly sales etc which can bring more focus to the business.
